Coming 2 America

Coming 2 America is an upcoming American comedy film. The second installment in the Coming to America film series, it serves as a sequel to the original film of 1988. The film is directed by Craig Brewer, from a screenplay by David Sheffield, Barry W. Blaustein, and Kenya Barris, based on characters created by Eddie Murphy.

Eddie Murphy reprises his role as Prince Akeem in this sequel to 1988`s "Coming to America". This time, the prince is about to become King of Zamunda when he learns that he has a son he never knew about in Queens, New York. He and his aide, Semmi, set off to America to look for the young man named Lavelle, in order to fulfil Akeem`s father King Jaffe`s dying wish of grooming this son as the crown prince.
